Yeah i tried this place out and its pretty legit, 70 pvp/(supposibly pve toololol) but yeah. start off with free merciless, takes like 2 BG's to get full vengeful which is 22k pp, you get a 2k honour badge per HK. Uh yeah.. theres also a pvp/pve 60 server that cba to try, its all pretty good i'm just waiting for uber to come up.. http://cruel-wow.com/

Wont come back up, Blizzard's going around closing all PS realms with more then 1.5k players on. You can kiss most of the good servers bye ;/
