Refunds?, No problem. Options

I've seen so many people complaining about how they got the wrong piece of gear, or clicked the wrong item leveled weapon on the vote page.
So, here's my solution. You make a vendor that you can buy relentless armor and weapons at, but, at the cost of the same piece of gear, but with the different stats.
Say someone has a 2h Relentless Mace. Just got it today. Also, just found out that Mace Specialization in the Arms tree is broken. Is he happy? No. That's the point, here.

This guy could trade in his 2h weapon for another one, with the same item level.

Or, say, there's a Holy paladin. This Holy paladin is getting tired of being a heal bot.
If we had this vendor, he/she could change into Ret gear, without making a ticket just to get turned down.

Of course, all these trade-in's would be at a cost at like 50g per piece, just to make it so people don't fuck up.

I, myself, am not happy with the maces I got just a day or two ago, and I wan't to go mutilate. I came up with this idea before I got them, just to say, here.

Please consider this post, and I'm not looking to get a flame-fest going.

Its a good idea. The part when you can switch you wep and armor types (Ex: holy - ret) would go great if you could do dual spect. which i would be really cool for healing classes so the can acculy dps or something and still heal in av or a bg.

I think just making it so you can sell items back within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund like on retail would be better..
