Firstly, lets start off with the main focus in RoC - getting furious gear.

Relentless Gear and Weapons:

When people first join RoC, they see people stood there with over 30k HP, think "Wat?!" and /flee. To obtain this gear you need to accept the quests from the "Alliance/Horde Brigadier General" which is located at every major AV spawn and at the Horde/Alliance vendors. These quests are as follows:

Slay them all: 150 AV kills - 2 GTOD's.
Test of the arena: 10 arena games won - 1 GTOD's
Trial of the arena: 10 arena games played - 2 GTOD
Assaulting the towers: Capture IWB and TP once each - 2 GTOD's
Defending the towers: Get 25 kills at IWB and TP - 2 GTOD's
Every man for himself: Get 15 kills in the Nagrand FFA arena - 2 GOTD's
Concerted efforts: 1 Mark of Honor from AB, WSG and EotS - 1 GTOD

Once you have 15 Gladiator tokens, you can trade them in for a piece of armor (or 25 tokens for a weapon). To do this you need to travel to Halaa and have it captured. Once there find the "Furious Weapon and Relentless Armour" vendor, and pick out the item you want.

Another method to get Relentless and is to vote! You can only gain Relentless weapons from voting so vote as much as you can! Voting this month is more crucial than ever, if we get a high enough rank we will all recieve tokens (read the thread by Optical for more information).

Alterac Valley:

AV on RoC is slightly different to many servers. You do not have to queue to get in, just speak to Optical (the teleporter) and choose to teleport to AV. Once there you can type -lfg and you will join the raid group. Not much else to say about AV apart from Drek and Van. These are the two faction bosses that spawn at either side of the map. A nice place to run into with Bladestorm on the opposing faction...

For killing the opposite factions boss (Vannar/Van is the Alliance boss and Drek'thar/Drek is the Horde boss) the whole of the attacking faction in AV gains 10g and for the players that were there when the aggro was pulled, one lucky random player gains a special mount only obtainable from raiding that boss OR the unique PvP title "Assassin". Along with these, you will also gain 2 BG Honour tokens from a random BG (AB/WSG/EotS).

When a tower is captured, the whole of the attacking faction gain 5g if they are in AV and the all gain the buff that gives 5% extra damage (the name alters depending on if the tower captured is IWB/TP).

For every assist in AV you gain 30 silver.
For every killing blow in AV you gain 1 gold.
Whilst on a killing spree you gain 1 extra gold per killing blow.

Capturing Halaa

Halaa is a small town if you like which is situated in the middle of Nagrand (The Outlands). To get here you can either use the teleporter or go to the FFA and use your flying mount. To capture Halaa the opposing faction has to have it captured. You need to take down the 4 guards which are spread out around Halaa, sometimes right in the middle so you have to put up a fight to reach them. Once all four guards are down, you have to get to the middle of Halaa and use the Flag-like object to capture it. Once captured it teleports all the opposing faction away and spawns all the vendors (Glyphs, Relentless vendor, Potions etc) so you can use them for your faction. If you do not control Halaa you cannot use these NPC's. For every kill you get in and around Halaa, you gain a battle token (explained in the Glyphs section).

Ironforge Battleground

The Ironforge Battleground is accessible by using the Optical NPC. The objective of it is to capture the nodes. There are five nodes and a final node which is available to you once you have captured and control 3 nodes or more. Once you capture the final node an Elite Protector will spawn at all your controlled nodes. Once eight minutes have passed you control the final node. You also have to kill the Elite Protectors to win the Battleground. Once it is finished you gain 1 GTOD if you won and 1 random Mark of Honor if you lost.

Every Honorable kill grants you 15 silver.

Free For All Arena (Nagrand Arena)

The Nagrand FFA arena is always a busy place, and a good place to make some cash if you don't get teabagged early. To get to it you need to use the Optical teleporter and choose the FFA arena under teleports. Once there you will see a portal, this is what you use to get inside the arena - The doors are sealed off, once in you have to either die or die.

Rules of the arena:

1. No flying up to the top of the arena. This could get you a ban/warning.
2. No teaming in the arena. If it is found out you are in a group, or are purposefully avoiding a player you could be faced with a punishment. Its FFA for a reason.
3. No killing player outside of the arena of your own faction. When you die/teleport to the arena players may show as hostile, just avoid them and if they attack you just run to the side and you should get out of combat.

Rated Arenas:

Rated arenas are functional, but as far as I know there isn't much else to it apart from /flex epeen. Its a good way to challenge yourself and get those daily quests for Relentless.

PvP Titles:

You can acquire PvP titles from either buying them from Optical directly, or from getting a lucky gamble. By gambling only specific and unique titles are available to you whereas by buying the titles you have to have a certain amount of kills and gold.

Glyphs:

You can gain WORKING glyphs by getting kills in Halaa. For 20 Halaa Battle Tokens you can gain 1 glyph. Along with the glyphs vendor there is also a seperate vendor where you can use your Battle Tokens to buy potions and special food/drink supplies that give you unique buffs when well fed e.g. Upon eating/drinking the item for more than 15 seconds you gain 40 stamina and 20 strength.

Might just add up , Your faction need to capture Halaa for the vendors to spawn (Furious/Glyph/Misc.)
Which is by killing the 4 guards and capture the flag in the middle.

Misc. =Potion , Bandage and Flasks along with some other fun items.

Also you get 10 golds for being in AV while the opposite boss is being killed, and if you participate (you are inside the cave when the fight begins) you get 2 random BG tokens and a random person gets a random mount, sometimes a very rare title, "Assassin". (so random)
Maybe add some more information about AV. Faction teleport/spawn points, anti-camp guards.

If you want I can fast tell about IF

IF Is a Bg you join from Optical in the battleground section:
When you join you have to wait for the battle to begin
There are 5 notes and then the final note You can unlock the final note when you have captured 3 or more note
When you have taked the note there will go 30 sec and a "Elite Protecter" will spawn at the note with 250K Hp This happen at all note
You have captured the note when 8 min have past ( and it's unchanced ) and you have to kill the Elite Protecter before you can capturd the Note
Reward for the IF battle is 1 GTOD ( If you win ) If you lose ( haha loser! ) you get a Random mark of honor ( If im not wrong on it )
Every honorable kill will give you 15 silver
