Torment of the Weak works for slowed targets, but doesnt if the target is frost nova'ed without a chill effect. Works for 50%.

Im sorry, since 3.2.0 will be out tommorow im switching back to retail so i can do some argent coliseum with my guild. Dont expect the research to continue until i get back.

Since this thread was done in patch 3.1.3, i suggest this thread should be deleted. Im back now, and will continue the testing, will post a new, updated thread of the mage talents this week.
