missing spells/abilities, ... Options

[i define pvp]

My character name is Zmija, hes an undead mage... kinda heavy geared ( thats y im not going to create another one ). hes missing all general tab skills... I MEAN ALL OF THEM, fireball lvl1 ( thats why i cant learn higher rank, and of course the most important thing... MOUNT. I lost all those skills during bug we all had when server crashed and we lost our skills ( had to learn them again from trainer). Its hard to play without "Will of Forsaken, dodge ability... parry... and not having mount in battles is like... making u first target to hunt ??? so... if any staff member read this,give me an answer.
