Last night some time, the datacentre hosting our servers had some power issues, which resulted in several racks going offline unexpectadly, one of the racks housed our server.
As a result, we were offline for a good 12 hours because i was asleep at the time. As well as this, some of the mysql data became corrupt due to the nature of the shutdown. Thankfully, the corruption was minimal, and 99%+of characters were saved, with only 100~ chars being lost. Some items, spells, and talents were lost as well, however this was very negligible. I have contacted the datacentre and they have assured me the problem will not happen again and that the faulty hardware has been replaced. I have given everyone 18 votepoints for the downtime - sorry guys! Yeh, Optical, Im having connection issues. When i log onto your server it goes straight to the realmlist (AV i80) i click on the only realm and it disconnects me from the server. Plz help
