Title says it all. We need an updated vote banner. The guy who made our current one has disappeared so it cant be updated to say 3.1
So, what better way then to run a competition? The winner will get 300G and 25 tokens on a single char, as well as 200 vote points. The banner specs must be the same as http://www.remnantsofchaos.com/banner.gif The banner must contain basic realm information, similar to the information on our banner etc, but feel free to/change and add information The banner must be less or equal to 450KB in size. The close date for the competition will be whenever i feel like it. While we wait for the winner i may use someone elses banner they submit. I will be the judge of banners.
