can you cap haste like you did in old CC
because there are alot of mages runing around with 1 sec full rank FB and i have seen some haste shammys (altho they are really fragile) --------------------  |

Opti refuses to add PvE gear 'cause he fears abuse of offensive power to combat the defenses of PvP gear.
He didn't want people haste stacking. Sucks that they added alacrity and celerity to PvP gear. Now we have people stacking haste anyway AND we're still all using the same gear. |
