can you cap haste like you did in old CC
because there are alot of mages runing around with 1 sec full rank FB and i have seen some haste shammys (altho they are really fragile) --------------------  |

all casters can benifit from haste, but i see alot of mages that are using haste to get 1 second ( or close to it) frostbolt
