Ever Since Opti put in the "lost data" or whatever my shaman is missing her most vital skills Lightning Bolt rank 1 and Rank 1 Healing Wave. I've spent about a week or so gearing out and getting a relentless weapon for this character, and One day poof my main skills are gone? wtf? and everytime i ask a GM all they say is "we can not help you with this problem". Well i understand you're trail GM's but shit? Can't you talk to opti or rezlind so you don't have people like me asking you every 2 days or so about my skills? Here's some screenshot's of what im missing. (Including my mount... and some of my totems.)
