Icyveins + 665 haste = 40 % spell haste. Frostbolt 3 seconds - Empowered frostbolt = 2.5 second cast. Bloodlust = 30 % = 70 % spell haste to 2.5 second cast = 0.75 max rank frostbolts Fireball is 0.5 second higher cast. Haste stacked my retail mage there up to 940 haste rating. thats ~ 30 % haste. In total 80 % spell haste with max base buffs. Ending up with max of 0.75 fireballs. Merging the haste with frostbolt We will get 0.55 frostbolts. Basically there isnt gear to get under this, if you cannot prove it's rank 1 cannot be defined as abuse -------------------- Alliance time!
