Howdy, Clueless about hunters Options

I'm completely new to the hunter class and have spent most my time worrying about speccing, glyphs, and important abilities I keep forgetting to use. Two possible specs are linked below, survival and marksmanship respectively, and would appreciate any advice on them. Unfortunately, I have yet to find out which talents aren't working correctly though there are suspicions about sniper training since the buff never activates.

PS: Forgot to say that I'm a dwarf hunter named Plea.

Survival Build
- Questioning whether to invest points into both 'Trap Mastery' and 'Entrapment'.
- 'Counterattack' seems amazing but highly situational and costs 4 talents points to get.
- Also considering 'Endurance Training' for more life.

Marksmanship Build
- Same considerations as survival with one more.
- Considered 'Efficiency' but to be honest I'm usually dead before mana becomes an issue.

Im not a hunter lover ^^, never played the class for real just tryed it out a couple of times so i cant help you but good luck hunters are very boosted up at this time and you will be fine ...
