Reasons
Prot:
Stoicism, Guardian's Favor, and Hammer of Justice. Stoicism to reduce stun and whatever time.
Guardian's Favor for your Hand of Freedom if you even knew that was a spell...
Hammer of Justice to make sure you can over kill your target.

Ret:
Seal of Command, Pursuit of Justice, and Divine Purpose.
Seal of Command can be used last if you know how to build the stuff right and place it somewhere else.
Pursuit of Justice for catching your target, and the disarm rate incase of rogues and what not.
Divine Purpose to make sure your Hand of Freedom is good for yourself and what not. and it makes it 100%!

3 points in swift retribution is not as good as 3 points in sanctity of battle since not only sanctity of battle adds crit chance of spells and dmg skills like crusader strike and divine storm, it also add crusader strike's dmg by 15% which is a big boost rather than 3% increased attack speed in white hits, plus crusader strike is ur single most highest dmging skill and nuke, u would try to increase its dmg more than increase white hit attack speed by 3%........ which is like a 3.6 speed weapon and make it to 3.6 X 0.97 = 3.49 atk speed.......... that is not really useful in terms of pvp.

second talent which is not wisely spent is seal of command, seal of command is a proc chance command and it is less useful than soc/m, and its proc dmg is even lower than seal of blood's dmg proc per hit. so i would put the point in sanctified retribution to increase 3% total dmg when using retribution aura to increase ur overall dmg
