[BUG][0-1] A Full Talent Test [Number 1], <Classes That Use Cloth> Options

Well i felt little bored, so i started out with zeh mage.

Green = Talent is 100% working. No bugs.
Orange = Unable to test if the talent is working.
Yellow = The talent is working partially.
Red = The talent is NOT working.

Arcane - 83.3% Working

- Arcane Concentration The talent proccs, but instead of eating your next spells mana and fade, it sometimes fades when your dots are proccing. If you shoot a fireball and get Clearcasting then it goes off after some secs thanks to the Fireball DoT.

- Torment of the Weak works partially. Frostfirebolt and Arcane Missiles dont benefit from the 12% damage increase on snared/slowed targets. This talent wont work on rooted targets.

- Prismatic Cloak does reduce the damage you take and it does reduce the fade time (It should have been green tbh >.<) BUT, if you got any talent points in it, it messes up invisibility making you unable to turn invisible.

- Missile Barrage is NOT working. Ive shot around 100 frostbolts and it never proccs but 20% is 20%. I may just be unlucky. In the same time ive heard rumors of people getting the procc. When it proccs, its sed to channel the Arcane Missiles in 2.5 secs, but the missiles still come at a 1 second rate meaning you shoot two missiles and thats it. FIX PLOX.

Fire - 89.3% Working

- Burning Determination does NOT work. This was only tested on interrupts tho.

- Impact does work partially. You get the buff, but when you fire blast, no stun comes.

- Molten Shields does work. Just want to note that Molten Armor does damage on ranged attacks and spells even without this talent.

- Fiery Payback does NOT work.

Frost - 85.1% Working

- Frost Warding work partially. You get no mana back from negating a spell.

- Shatter disables after logout. Youl have to respecc when you log in again, otherwise it wont work.

- Shattered Barrier does work. Have noticed a possible bug tho, not sure if its like this on retail too, but if you cancel the buff you "destroy" the barrier and the frost nova proccs. Nova Spamzors Time!

- Water Elemental works, just want to report that it sometimes is unattackable. It has this dark-blue text (Like a player who isnt in pvp).

- Improved Water Elemental works partially. Yes, you get 15 secs more elemental, but your Frostbolts dont give you the replenishment effect.

Conclusion:

- Mages should be happy that many of theyre talents work. If we check the total of all trees together %, its standing on 85.9%. Which i think is very high compared to other classes.

- Shame is, the talents that they miss, are the most important ones. Missile Barrage, Fiery Payback...Cmon, imagine mages with theese talents working.

P.S. I just want to note i normally do lots of mistakes and im really sorry about it. Its great to have you mage-players telling whats working or not since ive never played a mage seriously on RoC.

Some mistakes:
Arcane Potency is partially working, it bugged on a weird way, look at my bug report.
Shatter disables after every login, you gotta respec. (according to other frost mages)
Prismatic Cloak bugs Invisiblility even if it's 1/3 or 2/3
Torment of Weak doesn't increase everything it should, see the bug report of it.

Also, at the Fire tree's summary you should write Impact too, it's important.
