Title says it all. We need an updated vote banner. The guy who made our current one has disappeared so it cant be updated to say 3.1
So, what better way then to run a competition? The winner will get 300G and 25 tokens on a single char, as well as 200 vote points. The banner specs must be the same as http://www.remnantsofchaos.com/banner.gif The banner must contain basic realm information, similar to the information on our banner etc, but feel free to/change and add information The banner must be less or equal to 450KB in size. The close date for the competition will be whenever i feel like it. While we wait for the winner i may use someone elses banner they submit. I will be the judge of banners. It has changelog so you Optical and everyone else can follow what gets changed and when. Since I just had 15 minutes and now I g2g GYM. Meh, 90 % of people whom done a banner has used a website program to do it rofl.

I managed to get my banned 95 % done but then well IRL stuff came in and I've become unable to finish it. If I get time, next week mostlikely I will. I'll finish the banner
