Icyveins + 665 haste = 40 % spell haste.
Frostbolt 3 seconds - Empowered frostbolt = 2.5 second cast.
Bloodlust = 30 %

70 % spell haste to 2.5 second cast
= 0.75 max rank frostbolts

Fireball is 0.5 second higher cast.

Haste stacked my retail mage there up to 940 haste rating.

thats ~ 30 % haste.
In total 80 % spell haste with max base buffs.
Ending up with max of 0.75 fireballs.

Merging the haste with frostbolt
We will get 0.55 frostbolts.

Basically there isnt gear to get under this, if you cannot prove it's rank 1 cannot be defined as abuse

As far as I have known it only increased the number of spells you could fire in a given amount of time, EG:

1 Frostbolt / 2.5 seconds with 0% haste and 2 Frostbolts / 2.5 seconds with 100% haste.

I got a .493 frostbolt in WSG earlier and my base haste is somewhere around 530.

Dudes. bros. I dunno what you're trying to argue here with all your math but rank 1 abusers aren't a novelty or anything on the server. I've reported tons of them. Just watch this guy and you'll see him get off his horsie and chain 1 second fireballs into people like a pro.

option 1) this unique snowflake of a person specifically geared and specced for haste then used icy veins/waited for trinket proc/got a shaman friend, all of which buffs somehow don't show up on the screenshot

option 2) he's using rank 1 fireball like a whole bunch of other mofos!!!!nomg!11

ok first check is buffs then u think he have any gear to do 1.0 s fireball?? do ut hink unbuffed without any haste buff he can do it? i dont think so, if u do not think he is abusing idk why all ppl dont use rank one also.

í think this is a bug iv seen before cause he does 3k dmg noncrit watch the tauren on the first pic.
And rank1 don't do that kind of dmg not even here, And he seems to have quite good gear so it possible
but i think it is a bugg iv seen before some chars get's bugged spells seen same shit with frostbolt.
