There is currently an issue with trainers selling down ranked spells, and training talent spells which i have yet to figure out entirely.
anyways, if you spec into a spell, say mutilate, and want to uprank it. You need to do the following 1) Spec into it (duh) 2) Go to the trainer, and choose rank 2. 3) Close the trainer window 4) Open it, and choose rank 3 5) Close it. Rinse and repeat till you have all your ranks. I will be looking into this, as it is quite frustrating to say the least. |

Don´t work for me also. mutilate doesn´t show up on Trainer list at all.

It is something to do with dual spec, will look into that as well.

The key is simply to respec and its fixed.
