So, if anyone has the actual reason as to why typhoon dc's you, please enlighten me.
I am talking about a 100% for sure, reproduceable explanation which you can reproduce, so i can debug and fix it. Thanks! |

What i know is that you get DCed if you have totems with you ( Shaman or you are grouped with one ).
When someone gets DCed, in the Logs its listed as "Disconnected due to movement packet header having a different guid to himself." Typhoon bugs when it knockbacks and youre about to fall ( Most likely at TP or IWB ) its like thunderstorm will blast you down, but typhoon disconnects instead
just woke up so i dunno if i can explain better -------------------- |

Wasn't typhoon working in chaos crusade? I did have a boomkin there but I can't remember, is it anyway possible to move that typhoon to this server?

Yes typhoon worked there, it worked up until recently here too. Given that, it probably is not caused by the spell directly, but rather a regression from a recent update. Sure typhooned worked in 2.4.3, except for the fact it was added in 3.0

If you are snared while a druid uses Typhoon on you, it will d/c you.
I'm not sure if this will happen 100% of the time, but I am aware of 5 friends that made balance druids going around to d/c people in AV. |

Please for the love of god disable the move, ive been disconnected by the same druid 4 times in 10 minutes.
One time i wasn't even snared or in the air, i was just standing there looking at the guy and it disconnects me. |

Typhoon is cool. It makes everyone nerdrage. you should make moonfire cause a instant d/c also.
